  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 cut chicken (hip part)

For bechamel sauce;

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper



  • Cheddar cheese

Vegetable Gratin Definition

Cauliflower, carrot, potato and chicken are boiled. My debt is stacked in a mixed form.
In another place, bechamel sauce is prepared.
Spreads over vegetables.
Cheddar cheese is grated on top and it is cooked in a heated oven in 250 stages until golden brown.
