Materials for the Definition of Artichoke Stuffing

  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small jar of garnish (carrot, pea, potato)
  • Olive oil, salt
  • 1 lemon

Artichoke Stuffed Definition Preparation

Artichokes are placed at the bottom of our pan or pot. Juice of 1 lemon is squeezed on top. Adding enough water to exceed the length of the artichokes, it is boiled and cooked and inspected. For the inside, onion is cut into a frying pan, pinked in oil, put the garnish in it and cook a little more. Cooked artichokes are placed in the serving plate and the inner mortar is placed on top of the artichokes. Olive oil, salt and lemon juice are mixed for the sauce and poured on top.
