  • Half a kilo of spinach

Chop the onion in cubes and cook in 3 tablespoons of liquid oil until it turns pink, add the tomato paste and mix for 2-3 minutes. Wash the spinach very well, cut it coarsely, add it on the onion and turn it 5-6 times over low heat, cover the pot. When spinach is watered, add the bulgur and garlic.
