Definition of Egg Spinach Roaster

We clean and chop the spinach and wash it properly. Then we put it in a deep bowl and pour boiled water over it and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then we squeeze the juice of spinach by hand and remove it properly. We chop our onions and roast them in liquid oil, add the spinach and roast for another 10 minutes, add our salt and chili peppers. We whisk the eggs and pour them over the spinach. We close the pan and wait for the eggs to cook. After cooking, you can take it on a serving plate and serve it with yogurt.
