Definition of Spinach Dish with Pomegranate Sour

Hello, first of all, I was someone who never ate spinach until I discovered this definition. In fact, it is a spinach dish that many people make, and the pomegranate syrup I have added to myself was what made me eat it 🙂
First of all, we wash our spinach enough in plenty of water, and we correct it in the form we want. We correct our onions for edible. We put our olive oil in the pot and burn the bottom of the stove, put our onion and roast it until the color changes. When the color of the onions change, we put our spinach, we cover the lid of the pot and mix it together, we wait for it to leave its juice. Then, we put our sugar, pomegranate syrup, salt, black pepper and the rice we wash and put a glass of boiled water, then close the lid and close the stove when the rice is cooked. Velev cold we can consume velev hot. Bon Appetit;)
