  • 1 kilo of bostan
  • 1 onion
  • Half a lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 1 or 1 and a half tablespoons of tomato paste

Definition of Şevket-i Bostan

We put the olive oil and onion in the pressure cooker and roast it. Then, we add the tomato paste and sweeteners. We add salt enough to cover the salt and the top of the whistle. Serve hot. You can also enjoy the meal with yogurt.
