Sausage Beans Definition Definition
Beans are kept in water for at least 5-6 hours. If you put it in water 1 day before, it will cook easier.
Then add 1 liter of water to the pressure cooker to the poured water, and pour the beans in the pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes. (the boiling time in the normal pot should be extended for 10 minutes) When the pressure of the whistle comes out, the beans are purified from the water with the help of a perforated container. Meanwhile, the onion is chopped and fried in a small pan with oil. Tomato paste and lastly ground pepper are added to the roasted onions.
Sausages are also cut into cubes.
Beans are taken back into the pot. Add 1 liter of boiling water and put it on the stove. Put sauce and sausages close to boiling over medium heat. Salt is added. The bottom of the stove is cut down and cooked for about 10-15 minutes more ordinary (without closing the lid of the pressure cooker completely), that is, it is about to cook in the ordinary pot.
Enjoy your meal.
Note: The cooking times may increase and shorten compared to the type of beans. I wrote minutes compared to the cooking time of my own beans. If it stays fresh, it can be boiled rather, or if it is cooked early, it can be removed from the stove more quickly.
