Purslane Food Definition

  • Half kg of purslane
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of rice
  • Hot water, salt, pepper
  • Olive oil

Purslane Dinner Definition Preparation

Purslane is elegantly washed and chopped in a very small form. The chopped onion is roasted with two spoons of olive oil and the tomato paste is added. Add the purslane and rice, fry for a few more minutes and add enough hot water to leave over it and leave to cook on low heat. When it starts to absorb the water, the spices are added and the consistency is taken from the stove.
