This vegetable roast is a vegetable meal for Ordu. The part that we call the pumpkin tip is the green end parts of the pumpkin.
We chop the beans finely. We chop the chopped pumpkin tip and beans together. By squeezing our boiled vegetables, we ensure that the juice comes out.
