Let’s peel the eggplants in brine for half an hour in salt water, wash and dry. Let’s lightly fry the stressed-out oil in the superheated oil. Let’s put the fried eggplants in the pot. Let’s cut the abdominal parts lengthwise with a knife. Let’s take the liquid oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onions. Let’s cook until the onions turn pink. Add the minced meat and add 3 min.
