Practical Potato Roasting Definition Preparation
Let us say BISMILLAH and wash our hands before any other.
Then let’s wash our potatoes. But rub it beautifully so that it does not leave any soil on it.
Then let’s peel our potatoes.
Let’s take our cutting board.
Let’s chop our potatoes little by little.
As we chop while making these kinds of peas.
Let’s take our pan / pot.
Let’s set it on fire.
Let’s put our oil.

Let’s put our potatoes carefully.
Let’s mix for 2 minutes to roast that much.
Let’s add our spices and salt.
Let’s cook by stirring occasionally.
If it is cooked, let’s take our service plate.
Let’s put our food on our plate.
NOTE 1: Let’s not always mix very hard because our potatoes are crushed.
NOTE 2: Try not to cut large so that it cooks faster and tastes better.
NOTE 3: While stirring, mix gently. Do not crush potatoes, but keep them at the bottom of the pan / pan.
NOTE 4: If you are going to use a saucepan, try to use a pan that is not very deep, but a little wide, about a cauliflower pan.
