  • 500 g chicken livers
  • 3 medium length potatoes
  • 4-5 pointed peppers
  • Chili peppers
  • Salt
  • A tablespoon of tomato paste

Potato Pepper and Liver Roasting Definition Preparation

We chop the liver until the bird head chops and draws its juice. Then we fry the peppers and potatoes and add them on the liver. We add the tomato paste and pepper and roast it until it is cooked. Bon Appetit 🙂
