Potato Patties (Vegetarian) Definition Preparation

Boil the potatoes in cold water, wait until the peel cools down and grate the cooled potatoes. Add cheddar cheese flour, egg, (chopped parsley, salt) and black pepper to the grated potatoes and mix it properly and let it rest for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Spread the breadcrumbs on a wide plate and cut out the three-finger-wide modules from the dough and find the breadcrumbs in the palm of your hands. Put oil in a Teflon pan and fry the meatballs you have prepared until it turns pink. Serve hot or warm.
