  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup of fine bulgur
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 (quarter) tea glass liquid oil
  • Parsley
  • 1 medium onion
  • Salt
  • Pomegranate molasses or lemon

Potato Patties Definition Preparation

We peel our potatoes and divide them into 3 by four. We add water and boil. Then we strain the water and add our fine bulgur, crush it with a fork and mix. We close the mouth and wait for the bulgur to swell. On the other hand, we chop the onion and roast it in the pan, where we pour the oil. We add the tomato paste and take the edge. Then put the potato in our bulgur mixture and knead it properly. We add the finely chopped parsley pomegranate syrup or lemon and salt and wet our hands and shape.
