  • 1 capia pepper
  • 2 pieces of green pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • A measure of cheddar cheese grated
  • About 1 cup of liquid oil
  • Salt

Pepper Omelette Definition Preparation

We put our oil in a teflon pan. While our oil warms up, we cut our peppers thinly. When our oil is sufficiently heated, we throw the peppers into it and roast it elegantly. When our peppers are roasted, we pour our eggs on top of them. We add salt and cheddar cheese on top and wait for it to cook on low heat. Bon Appetit. 🙂
