A very practical and delicious definition :)))

Put some liquid oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil warms up, add the onions that you chop coarsely and cut the bottom and leave to roast. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into cubes. After the onions are roasted, add the tomato paste and sugar (it will have the sour taste of the sugar tomato paste. You don’t have to put it). When the tomato paste is roasted, add the potatoes and peas. Season with salt and spices, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add less water than half a glass of water and cut it down. Cook with the lid covered until the potatoes are tender.
