Equipment for the Definition of Omelettes with Stale Bread

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 (half) cup milk
  • 1/2 (half) stale bread
  • 1 green pepper
  • Optional feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mint
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • Optional salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (optional)

Definition of Omelette with Stale Bread

Beat the egg milk and spices and add the pepper and white cheese. Cut the stale breads into cubes and add them. To cook, add oil to a large pan and cook as if you were cooking eggs. Bon Appetit.
