  • 6 fresh artichokes
  • 1 large jar garnish
  • 1 large onion
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil + 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Definition of Artichoke with Olive Oil

We lay out the artichokes in a flat and not very deep pot. We squeeze 2 glasses of water and a half lemon and close the lid and cook in a controlled form for about 20 minutes.
