My Grandmother’s Artichoke Meal Definition

We peel the artichoke’s arms. Then we cut into cubes. After washing, we start in the pressure cooker. Then, throw the powdered pepper and minced meat and roast them, add the artichoke and eye water that we strained on and leave it to cook.
