  • Half a kg of mushrooms
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Al pepper powder

  • Liquid oil

Mushroom Saute Definition Preparation

We roast our onions, garlic and peppers, which we chop for cooking, in liquid oil until they turn pink. We continue to add and paste our tomato paste. Then we add the mushrooms we chopped and cook. We add the tomatoes that we cut into cubes, we add our spices and continue cooking. Bon Appetit 🙂
