Equipment for Mushroom Saute Definition

  • 1 pack of mushrooms
  • 1 nectarine onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red (capia) pepper
  • 2-3 outer garlic
  • 1 tomato (I used it from the sauce I prepared for the winter)
  • Liquid oil
  • Salt
  • Al chili pepper

Mushroom Saute Definition Preparation

After peeling the mushrooms, we put them in water. We put liquid oil in our pot and roast onions, add garlic, red pepper, green pepper and cook a little bit, then add tomatoes and mushrooms and sauté with salt and pepper. Since my wife loves juicy, I added 2 tea glasses of hot water and boiled for 5 minutes.
