  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • buy pepper
  • yellow pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt

Mushroom Saute Definition Preparation

Mushrooms are washed, chopped. Put olive oil in the pan, add mushrooms to it. While leaving the mushroom broth, chopped onions and peppers are added. Salt is added. When the onions and peppers are cooked, the bottom of the ceiling is closed. Potatoes are peeled and diced. The fried potatoes are added to the cooked sauté and mixed.
I used yellow peppers that I chopped from the summer and thrown into the freezer. If available, use the leaves of a bunch of green onions in the onion field. The view is more elegant and suits well. Bon Appetit.
