Materials for the Definition of Mushroom Meal

  • 400 grams of culture mushrooms
  • 1 large length onion
  • 2-3 pointed green peppers (red-green peppers mixed, if any)
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato grater (I used the tomato grater we prepared for the winter)
  • Hot water

Mushroom Meal Definition Preparation

Onion and pepper are chopped and roasted over medium heat with liquid oil. Mushrooms are cut in medium size and thrown on roasted onions. When it releases mushroom broth, tomato paste and tomato are added. When you drink the water, taste it. If the mushrooms are not cooked, add a little hot water, add salt and leave to cook.
