  • 1 arm celery stalk
  • 1 shallot onion
  • Half a carrot
  • 2 arms parsley
  • 1 bay leaf

How to make mushroom chicken soup

  • Take chicken bud, 1 arm celery, 1 shallot, half chopped carrot, 2 arm parsley and 1 bay leaf in a saucepan, add about 8 glasses of water and boil. When it boils, cut the bottom of the stove and boil the chicken for about 40 minutes until it pours over the bone.
  • Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. After washing and straining spinach, chop finely. Small chop the onion.
  • Separate the meat of the chicken bud you boiled from the bone and strain the water. Pork the meat in a way that you will eat in the soup and fit in the spoon. When transferring the drained chicken broth into a container, measure it with a glass and add 8 glasses of water to keep it warm.
  • Put the pot you will make the soup into the stove. Lightly heat the pot. Add olive oil, butter and onions and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add the flour and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the mushrooms and fry for another 1-2 minutes. When adding the soup water, stir constantly to avoid lumps with a whisk or a wooden spoon. When the soup boils, add the salt. Add the chicken meat, pasta and spinach that you have separated and cook until the pasta is boiled. Finally, add the black pepper and cream and remove it from the stove.
