Let’s chop and prepare all the ingredients. I recommend to peel the tomatoes. In a saucepan, in which we put very little oil, we roast the diced onions and add a tomato paste, then add all the vegetables with the spices on the onions and mix them several times. After the vegetables release the water, we add a little warm water and boil a little. When the food is left to boil, we turn the minced meat into small balls. Then we drop the balls into the boiling dish. It is valuable to add while the food is boiling because otherwise minced meat can be dispensed.
