Materials for the Definition of Minced Eggs

  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • 2 nectarine onions
  • 4 green peppers

Minced Egg Description Preparation

Minced meat is left with a little oil and roasted until it is drained. Chopped onions and peppers are added to the roasted minced meat. When the onions and peppers are softened, tomatoes are added and another measure is cooked. In another bowl, the egg is whipped with salt and spices, added to the mince mixture and cooked.
