Hi friends, I would like to share a practical and delicious meal that we all know and love as the bride of the people of Siirt but a Konyalı. My mother-in-law makes it very nice and I share it with you as much as I learned from him. We peel our eggplants variegated and cut them big. We are correcting our peppers. At the bottom of our pot, we put our onions, which we chop for dinner, and our garlic, which we chopped very large, black pepper, pulp pepper and a little salt, and we rub our meat stylishly. Then we put the eggplants, peppers and the tomatoes on top and peel and chop the cubes. We dilute 1-2 spoons of tomato paste, a little salt and pulbiber in a bowl with a little water and pour it on our tomatoes. (Set this according to the taste of your tomato, if you are doing it in summer, 1 spoon of tomato paste is enough). Do not add a lot of water, because the juice of vegetables will suffice. Let’s leave it on high heat until it boils. When it starts to boil, let’s put it on low heat and cook for 1 hour.
