Let’s chop the eggplants in ring form and let them soak in salt water.
Let’s just cut the zucchinis and fry them and place them in stews. After taking the eggplant’s water, let’s fry it and share it with the stew.
If there is more oil left in the pan, let’s take some and roast the onion and 1 pepper. Let’s peel the 2 tomatoes and chop them into cubes. Let’s take the salt and seasoning.
