Materials for Meat Fatty Eggplant Meal Definition

  • 3 medium eggplants
  • 3 hot green peppers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons flesh oil
  • 4 cups of hot water
  • Salt

Definition of Meat with Fatty Eggplant

We put the meaty oil in the pot and melt it, then we roast the peppers we chopped in the oil.
