Materials for the Definition of Mallow (Kömeç) Roasting

  • Half kg mallow
  • 2 onions
  • Liquid oil close to 1 tea glass
  • Salt
  • Chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Hot water
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses or lemon juice

Definition of Mallow (Kömeç) Roasting

Hibiscus is chopped and washed. After the onions are chopped, it is fried in the pot with liquid oil. Add the tomato paste and mallow, and cook for about 5 minutes. Add hot water and cook until the mallow is soft. Finally, pomegranate syrup, salt and chili peppers are added. Bon Appetit.
