Definition of Madımak

Oils are put in the pressure cooker. Onions are chopped and put in a pot. Garlic is added to it and roasted until it turns color. Then, sausages are added. Add tomato paste and mix for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the mimak and cook for 5 minutes. Add the bulgur and add water to the half-place of the pressure cooker. Add the spices and the lid is closed.
