Lentil Patties Definition

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 and a half cups of bulgur
  • 1 nectarine onion
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • Black pepper, chili pepper, cumin, salt
  • Lettuce

Lentil Meatball Description Definition

Fill the lentils with enough cold water and cook until tender. When it softens, add the bulgur and mix. Cover and leave to cool. Roast the tomato paste with nectarine. Add on lentils and mix. Finely chop the spring onion and parsley, add to the lentil. Add salt and other spices and knead. You can squeeze a little bit of lemon into it. After kneading, place them in small patties on a plate. Serve with lettuce.
