First, let’s boil lentils with 5 cups of water. After the lentils are boiled, let’s add 5 cups of bulgur into the lentils and cover the pan and let it rest. Let’s chop our onions as finely as possible. Let’s heat half a glass of liquid oil in a single pan and roast our onions. When the onions start to pink, let’s add our tomato paste and fry until the smell comes out. Let’s chop and salt our spring onions and parsley. Let’s put the lentil in a large bowl, pour the onion sauce and mix it. When the temperature rises a little, let’s knead with our hand stylishly. Let’s add 1 teaspoon of salt and add 1 lemon juice. (If you prefer pomegranate minus, you can add it at this stage) Let’s knead a little more and add parsley and spring onions, knead and press it before we press it.
