Equipment for Kapuska Definition

  • Medium length cabbage (I used half)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tomatoes (I used it from canned food)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half a glass of rice
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Kapuska Definition Making

We straighten the onion july. We grate our carrots and roast them with onion, olive oil, tomato paste, black pepper and then add the garlic. We add our tomatoes and the cabbage we chopped finely (I chopped the other half, washed them, put them in the freezer) and add very little hot water (depending on the water) and cook until the cabbage softens a little. When the cabbage softens slightly, we add the rice we wash and cook on low heat.
