Nyoki Definition Preparation

We boil the potatoes. Then we grate and knead with eggs, flour. Then we add salt to boiling water, cut the potatoes in small lengths and add them to the water. After 3-4 minutes, we fry in oil.
After frying, we add cheese and greens to it.
