  • 4 slices lean steak
  • 1 tomato
  • 4_5 green peppers
  • 6_7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon riviera olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Once we lightly stir the oil in the pan, we cook the meat with the water in the hot pan, then garlic and pepper and sauté just like the oil, after we take them out of the pan, divide the tomatoes in four and saute them (just because the reason we make it in the pan is to pass the flavors together) with the yogurt to the serving plate.
