  • 1/2 (half) kg green beans
  • 2 tomatoes

Definition of Fresh Bean with Olive Oil

We prepare the beans by washing and removing the fishbones, then cutting them in half. We take the chopped onions and cook them in olive oil until they turn pink. In the meantime, we pass the peeled tomatoes, pepper and garlic through the rondo and add them to the pan. We add pepper paste, salt, sugar cubes and spices and mix them elegantly. Then we add the beans we wash and prepare and roast them until the beans turn yellow on low heat. We continue to cook by boiling water on occasion in the shortest heat. Once in a while we check the water and make sure that it is cooked, we close the bottom of the pot. (I recommend you to cook slowly on low heat without rushing your beans to catch the perfect flavor) Enjoy your meal.
