  • 500 g green beans

  • 3 tomatoes

Definition of Fresh Bean with Olive Oil

The beans are removed (I peel the strands on the side with a knife). Half a tea glass of olive oil is put into the pot, onions are cut and roasted in the pot. After the onions are roasted, the beans are added. Cover for 8 minutes and leave to be fried. Tomatoes are peeled and cut into cubes and added to the pot. After adding salt and sugar and adding water, the lid is closed and the beans are left on the stove until cooked. After cooking, add the remaining olive oil and serve cold.
