After weeding the okra, let’s take the flaked meat into the pot and add half a glass of water on it and cook it until it absorbs. When we take the broth, add the oil and let it fry together with tomato paste. In the meantime, let’s add the tomatoes and okra that we cut and chopped into cubes. Let’s cut the 4 cloves of garlic in half and put it in the pot. Let’s add the boiled chickpeas, mint and salt and add half a glass of water and close the lid.
