Definition of French Omelette (Potato Omelet)
We peel the potatoes and grate and fry them. We take the fried potato in a non-stick pan. We whisk the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and optionally a pinch of black pepper. We pour the egg that we whisk over the fried potatoes in the pan and cook on low heat by turning both sides. It is a favorite flavor when I have guests for breakfast or breakfast on the weekend.
