  • 6 patetes (optional more or less)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Thyme
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Liquid oil
  • Cheddar (can be grated more or less as desired)

Definition of French Fries with Kashar Sauce

First of all, we fry the potatoes, after frying, we take it on a plate, we grate a little cheddar, then add a little oil, tomato paste, pepper paste, salt, thyme and mint in a frying pan until it becomes a pleasant sauce.
After the process is over, we pour it on the cheese which we grate on the potato, then we grate the cheese again.
