Erzurum Method Preparation of Misket Meatballs (Giliko) with Yogurt

Water, salt and bulgur are taken into the pot. Cooked. After cooking, flour is added and mixed properly. A marble form is given. On one side, butter is made into liquid oil and tomato sauce.
