- 3 large eggplant eggplants (if you can find 2 fist-sized ones, otherwise you would like to make the usual large eggplant)

We peel the eggplants. We cut 1 finger thick round. Since everyone’s finger thickness is not just like this, let me say that it is neither too thick nor too thin. We keep the eggplants in salted water for 30 minutes. I wipe it on a paper towel to get the water. 2 eggs will be whipped with a mixer.
