Eggplant Moussaka Definition Preparation

Let’s peel the eggplants and cut them into thick round slices. After waiting half an hour in salted water, let’s wash and dry. Let us lightly fry the stretched fronts in hot liquid oil and arrange them in a flat pot. Let’s add oil to the pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry. Let’s add the minced meat and fry for another half minute. Add the finely chopped green peppers and tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. After adding the tomato paste, salt and pepper and turning it a few times, let’s add 1 cup of hot water. Let’s boil the minced meat sauce in a stone and place it over the eggplants.
