  • 5 eggs
  • 2 nectarine onions
  • 1 full tablespoon of butter
  • Chili peppers

While waiting for butter at room temperature, chop your onions. However, we will apply a different chopping style here. Cut the onions in half and cut them into thin cuts. We’re done with a knife. Peel the chopped onions with your hands and collect them in a bowl. This will be just like hair. When we peel all the onions, we burn our stove and melt our butter over low heat. We add the onions and roast them until the onions are tender. We break our egg and cover our pan. After cooking on low heat for about 15 minutes, we pour salt, pepper and serve.
