  • 1, 5 tea glasses of liquid oil

Definition of Egg Potatoes

First, we peel and wash our potatoes. Then we chop and salt and fry in oil. We cut our eggs in a bowl 5 minutes before they are fully cooked and beat them with a fork. If you want, you can add your eggs to spices. We add salt and put the egg over the potatoes. You can serve it hot after cooking. Enjoy your meal 🙂
