  • 3 eggs
  • 2 or 3 Ramadan muffins
  • A pinch of dried mint
  • Salt
  • Liquid oil

Break the eggs in a bowl, add the mint and salt in it and whisk them enough. Add oil to the pan. Cut the pitas square by square (slightly large), then dip the pitas into the egg and put them in the pan. With the eggless portion on top. When fried, put on the plate.
