  • 2 stalk leeks

Egg Leek Roasting Definition Preparation

We heat the oil in the pan and fry the leeks that we chop finely until they are soft. Then add the tomato paste and fry for another 1-2 minutes. To open the tomato paste, we add very little water and mix it elegantly. We also break the eggs. We close the lid and cook on low heat until the eggs are cooked. We add black pepper and pulp pepper and serve.
