The biceps are washed and chopped. 1 onion diced. Roasted with olive oil. Salt is added to the roasted onions and chards are transferred. After the biceps leave their water, black pepper and ground pepper are added. Biceps are cooked on low heat until they absorb water. 4 eggs are whipped and added to the biceps. Cooked secretly for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
