Equipment for the Definition of Frying with Meatball Yogurt
- 1 kilo of potatoes
- 3 medium eggplants
- 15 pieces of pepper (more if you wish)
- 3 tomatoes
For the meatballs;
- Half a kilo of minced meat
- 1 small onion
- Quarter stale bread
- Cumin, salt, powder pepper, thyme
For the above;
- Abundant olive oil for frying
Frying Definition of Dry Meatball Yogurt
First of all, we prepare the meatballs, grate the onion into the ground meat, wet the bread and oval it, add the salt and spices, knead and form. And we fry in an individual pan.
We cut and roast the vegetables, except tomatoes, (potatoes, eggplant, pepper) into the serving dish, respectively. Then, we separate the frying oil from a frying pan into a pan and fry the tomatoes we chopped little by little. We also prepare our yogurt, spread the yogurt on the vegetables and then serve the meatballs on top of the meatballs with the tomatoes. Bon Appetit.
